Happenings

Isn't it funny how you take some pictures and then a week later they are so old compared to what your children are currently doing?  For example Jeremy jumped in Ben's jumperoo last Saturday.  We took these pictures because they were so funny.  But everyday since then he has jumped back in.  Not going to lie, it's kind of nice having him contained in one spot for so long.  It is not so nice when he sees Ben in there.  "Jeremy's turn" over and over and over again.  Usually he can be convinced that he has to wait his turn.

For the most part, Jeremy hasn't ever lashed out on Ben.  Every now and then he gets confused why Ben is grabbing him.  Last night we were all in Jeremy's room reading a book.  Ben was having a blast trying to grab things.  He would have jumped off my lap to get that book if I wasn't holding him down. Anyway, back to the story.  Jeremy was snuggling with his Thomas blanket.  Ben got a hold of it and Jeremy got very possessive.  "Mine" and he got out of Ben's reach.  I was proud of him.  Now when Ben starts crawling, I don't know how it's all going to go down.

I got in here all by myself, but now I'm stuck.

Ah yes, and now to the eating portion of the blog.  I realized that there aren't many pictures of Ben eating.  Probably because he is a pretty clean eater.  So there haven't been as many "oh my gosh we have to grab the camera" moments.  Funny that I am feeding him jarred baby food.  I maybe give him jarred food 10% of the time.  But he was getting peas that day and I don't make peas.  Think of how hard it would be to get it smooth?

Trouble is back.  This time he is all bibbed up and trying to eat Ben's puffs.
