6 month check up

Today was Benjamin's six month check up. I was dreading it because the appointment was right in the middle of Jeremy's nap time. But it all worked out. Ben weighs 17 pounds 14 ounces. I thought wow, "what a porker," but apparently it's in the 48%. He is 27.5 inches 77%. His head circumference is typical Lubsen with 14%. I guess his chunky cheeks are deceptive.

He is doing great besides a little eczema. Graig will be happy to learn that he only has to give Benny a bath every other day. But sadly anyone with a functioning nose will wish he could be bathed more frequently (he doesn't wear a bib for a fashion statement).

Jeremy was running around and stopped to see the camera out. Hence the previous post.

Also this is a great illustration of why I do not blog very much anymore. When I play on the internet, Ben is usually facing me attacking my hair. So only a few witty sentences on facebook usually happen.
