Jeremy's latest tricks

This whole crawling thing with pants on is new to Jeremy. On the kitchen floor he loses traction. I think he misses wearing shorts. But I think it is suppose to warm up and then back to shorts for the little trouble maker.

Jeremy has started to get very clingy with me. He is at the age where he understands that I am leaving him. You can see him processing this as I hand him off to someone else. The crying started last week. First at daycare, then at the gym he got upset when I was leaving him. But like all kids, he gets over it once he sees the new environment to explore.

Jeremy also is clingy to me at home. If I am standing up doing something, he probably is standing behind me pulling on my legs. It's a cute stage but also annoying when you are trying to make his bottle while he is attacking.

He also loves to crawl in between my legs. Actually he loves crawling over or through anything that is a challenge. He will go back and forth over his boppy pillow. He breathes so heavily when he is doing it (or doing anything for that matter). After he clears the pillow he turns around and does it again. The side table next to the couch didn't have enough room for him to crawl between. That didn't stop him from getting stuck in the middle. I gave in and pushed it out enough so he could crawl there. Soon after he is crying/whinning again. Apparently I didn't give him enough room to stand there. So his head is stuck again.

This past weekend I worked while Jeremy and Graig hung out. During that time his top tooth started to push down harder on his gums. It hasn't cut through the gum thing yet. But Jeremy is not liking it, especially since he isn't a fan of the teething ring being chilled. He won't let Graig "brush" his top gums. He still loves having his bottom gums rubbed with the toothbrush. So he only has two stumps of teeth on his bottom gums so far. It is taking forever for those to grow in. I am not looking forward to molars. I hope I have to work a lot during that time :)

Jeremy does this a lot. He will just lay down for a rest for about five seconds and then keep going.

He really loves the exercise ball.

Ah yes the vacuum. I have to leave the closet door shut because of Jeremy's interest in the vacuum. I wouldn't mind if Jeremy didn't try to pull it down. After Graig finished vacuuming he let Jeremy play with it for a bit. What a nice dad.

Jeremy is still very flexible.
